Donna is amazing! Three months into our partnership, I discovered I was pregnant, changing my goals significantly. Donna quickly adapted our workouts to accommodate for my growing belly and helped me stay fit and healthy throughout the pregnancy. Her tough, no-nonsense style is balanced with her ability to have fun and she keeps me motivated and on track, even when I don’t want to push myself. I loved Michelle's self-defense class! She had so many wonderful tips to help stay out of risky situations. It's more about looking out for yourself then beating up bad guys. I would encourage any female to take her class! Looking forward to a repeat!
