Our female-led Self Defense class focuses on what works: situational awareness, boundary-setting, de-escalation, and simple, high-leverage techniques anyone can learn quickly. You’ll practice voice commands, palm-heel and elbow strikes, knee drives, and escapes from common grabs.
Beyond technique, we train decision-making under stress and realistic scenarios so you leave feeling capable, calm, and prepared. Evidence shows empowerment-based self-defense improves confidence and can reduce sexual violence victimization. Skills that carry into everyday life.
