Jessica is a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast. Her desire to help others discover a passion for a healthy lifestyle drove her to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the World Instructor Training School (W.I.T.S). Both her training and personal experience helped her understand that the struggles experienced with weight loss and healthy eating are largely a mental game. To further improve her ability to assist clients in navigating this challenge, she became a Health Coach Specialist. She enjoys diving into the obstacles keeping a client from achieving their goals in order to help them discover the best way to overcome them.
Realizing the overwhelming amount of conflicting dieting information out there, she wanted to clarify facts from myths and lay out clear and simple rules to follow. To help her do this effectively, she became a certified Nutrition Coach. Jessica loves the relationships she develops with her clients and helping them discover that healthy eating and regular exercise doesn’t have to feel like another full time job! Her goal is that they leave each session feeling better than they started, and motivated to live a fit, healthy life. Additional certifications she’s earned are in TRX suspension training, kids yoga, and fitness drumming.
