This class blends mobility drills, guided stretching, and balance practice to improve how you move in everyday life. You’ll learn when to use dynamic moves to warm up and static holds to lengthen—an approach shown to prep the body safely and build long-term flexibility.

We also train balance and proprioception with simple progressions that strengthen your ankles, hips, and core, key for confidence on stairs, sidewalks, and sport. Evidence shows balance-focused exercise helps improve stability and can reduce fall risk, especially for older adults.
